I am a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of therapeutic experience, licensed in California, Texas, Nevada, and Florida, and I provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals and couples seeking meaningful change in their lives.
Finding peace within ourselves requires intention, effort, and a commitment to self-care. We often receive messages to prioritize family, work, and other responsibilities, but without caring for ourselves, everything else suffers. My passion is helping clients gain deeper self-understanding so they can engage in life with greater fulfillment and clarity.
With extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples, I specialize in addressing stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship and sexual concerns, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions.
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process—each person has their own unique experiences and perspectives. I take an eclectic, evidence-based approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and motivational interviewing to create a therapy experience tailored to your needs.
